The Sausage Machine
Today, all 1020 cadets attending the 6 week as well as the first intake of 2 week basics, went through the second half of the intake affectionately called the sausage machine... moving through clothing stores, safety lectures, drug & alcohol awareness, fire safety, the CHAP refresher lecture and a visit to the barbershop...

CWO Frank Eigler plays Last Post at 2100 hrs as the Battalion Orderly Officer (BOO) Capt Robyn Stephan salutes. Daily, there are several bugle or trumpet calls: first light at 0600 hrs, flag raising at 0655 hrs, sunset at 2000 hrs last light, 2200 hrs lights out. This role will be filled by cadets for the duration of the summer beginning on Tuesday morning.
