Vernon Army Cadet Camp
LCol Vince Lilley and his staff were always looking out for the cadets. One way to encourage them was to reward the best cadet of the week, the Stickmen, with a free pass to move at the Capitol Theatre in downtown Vernon. Note the somewhat faint Westies stamp on the pass.
