#391-

Mystery #391 - From the Fort Erie Ontario area, Artillery cadets, approx 1979-81, any names? any details? (Fort Erie Historical Museum)

Mystery #392 - This great 1954 photo is a bit of a twist. Supplied by Adolphe Wenger, it shows Adolphe on the left in Vancouver in 1954 with two unknown cadets, that is the mystery. He would like to reconnect with the the two of these fellows. All three of them were attending the reward camp at Banff that summer. They were sent to Chilliwack for a few days as part of the honour guard for his majesty, the Duke of Edinburgh who was in Vancouver to open the British Empire Games. The photo will seem familiar to anyone over the age of 50 as it was from professional street photographer, the type that worked in all the major centres across Canada from the 1940s to late 1950s.
