603 Weymouth Cadet Corps was originally formed on 30 March 1915 and disbanded 14 September 1920. It reformed 30 Jan 22, and disbanded 5 Jan 24; reformed 16 Oct 31, disbanded 13 Sep 34; reformed 29 Oct 42 as Weymouth High School Cadet Corps, and again disbanded 12 Dec 43.
On the 27 of March, 1961, the corps was formed under the number 2676 and affiliated with the West Nova Scotia Regiment. Its official disbandment date is unknown, but is prior to April 1971.
603 Weymouth Army Cadet Corps was formed 15 August 1992 with The West Nova Scotia Regiment as affiliated unit, and the Kiwanis Club as sponsor. The support base is CFB Cornwallis.possible flocked shoulder flash WWII
