History -
White Rock Rotary Cadet Corps was formed 2 February 1967 under the sponsorship of the White Rock Rotary Club and affiliated with the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada. Effective 1 Jan 81 change of sponsor to Branch 8, Royal Canadian Legion and change of designation to White Rock Cadet Corps. D Cdts Msg 1062 changed designation from White Rock Cadet Corps to Seaforth Highlanders of Canada Cadet Corps (effective 1 Jun 87). In 84 Parents Sponsoring Committee took over sponsorship. No authorization given. VCDS Cadet Statistics list the affiliated unit as Nil.
