Winfield School Cadet Corps. Winfield Legion Cadet Corps was formed 1 Nov 55 under the sponsorship of Branch 236, Royal Canadian Legion and affiliated with the 19th Alberta Dragoons on 19 May 58. affil.: 19th Alberta Dragoons, (19th Armoured Car Regt), Nov 1, 1955. Eff 1 Jan 62 the Corps redesignated as Breton Cadet Corps. Eff Feb 67 the Corps changed affiliation to 20th Fd Arty Regiment (M). A letter, WC2001-12/0 (G) 3 Jan 62 showed a change of sponsor to BPOE Lodge 402. redisig: 20th Fd Regt RCA Cadet Corps. Sponsorship changed in 92 to Royal Cdn Legion Branch 144/Leduc Lions (no authorization). Note 95/96 Leduc Lions are not listed on Annual Report as sponsor.
