The Corps was originally formed 4 Oct 54 and designated Corps de Cadets de St-Tite. It was sponsored by Ecole suprieure St Gabriel and affiliated with 62nd Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment RCA. The corps disbanded 1 Sep 57.
12 Mar 73 the Corps reformed as Corps de Cadets des Optimistes de St-Tite. It was sponsored by Club Optimiste de St-Tite and affiliated with 62e Regt d'Arty de Campagne (M).
