This Corps was formed 3 July 1952. It was designated 'Kitchener Waterloo Collegiate Cadet Corps and was sponsored by that school. Eff 3 Jul 1952 Corps affiliated with '54th Light Anti-Aircraft Regt, Scottish Fusiliers of Canada, RCA'. Eff 1 Dec 1959 Corps re-affiliated with 'The Scottish fusiliers of Canada'. They are now affiliated with 'The Highland Fusiliers of Canada', this affiliation became effective 1 Apr 1965.
