History
No 130 Rothesay College was formed 6 Feb 1905 under the sponsorship of the Board of Governors Rothesay Collegiate School. In 1934, the Corps was affiliated with the St John Fuliliers. On May 4, 1943 the Corps was redesignated as The Rothesay Collegiate School Cadet Corps. Affiliation: 2nd (R) Bn Saint John Fusiliers M.G. Mar 17, 1943. Affiliation: New Brunswick Scottish. Affiliation: Royal New Brunswick Regt (C&Y) Jan 1, 1955. Affiliation: 1st Bn Royal New Brunswick Regt (C&Y) Oct 31, 1962. Effective 1 Nov 1962 the Corps became affiliated with the Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) of Canada. In May 1972 authority was granted to change the affiliation to 2 Royal Canadian Regiment. Eff 1 Jul 1995 corps was disbanded (D Cdts Adm 620 refers).
