Effective 15 October 1948 corps was reformed with original designation. affil.: 3rd Field Engineer Regt RCE. affil.: No.3 Column RCASC, May 5, 1955. On 1 Nov 1967 authority was granted to change designation to No 922 James Lyng Cadet Corps. Due to shortage of personnel, recruiting was difficult because of such a large school. Authority was granted to disband corps eff 1 Sep 1972.
