History -   

 Formed effective 26 February 1920 (MO 43/20). Drill instructors were provided by the local militia units of the time, which were; The North Saskatchewan Regiment from 1920 to May 1924; and The Prince Albert Volunteers until the time of the Corps disbandment on 7 October 1936 (MO 469/36).
