St.Stephen's Church ca.1902 (St.Stephen's Church)

St.Stephen's Church Feb 2007. The original church was demolished in 1958 and replaced with the current church, the empty space is where the old church stood.  (F. Arseneault)

 

History -   

The church had and continues to have strong connection with the local military units: 103rd Rifles,10th Bn CEF, 56th Bn CEF, Calgary Regt and today the King's Own Calgary Regt. This strong association with the military led to the creation of the cadet corps.
