History -
Formed effective 20 May 1913 (MO 389/13) as #422 Moose Jaw Public Schools Cadet Battalion, with an establishment of six companies. On 12 June 1916 (MO 223/16) the formation of G,H,K and L Coys was authorized and on 1 December 1920, the Corps was designated as a Regiment (MO 476/20). With the disbandment of C, D, E, F, and G Coys on 13 April 1923 (MO 3l5/23), it was re designated as a Battalion. All remaining Coys were disbanded effective 2 February 1925 (MO 129/25), with the exception of A Coy, which was re designated as #422 King George School Cadet Corps effective 25 February 1925.
Drill Instructors were provided by 95th Saskatchewan Rifles until 1920, when they were provided by The South Saskatchewan Regiment. The Corps was disbanded 14 August 1932 (MO 367/32).
