3017 was formed 1 July 1986 (D Cdts Msg 1127 of 211245Z Aug 86 refers) and is known as James Bay Army Cadet Corps. It is sponsored by the Lions club and supported by CFB North Bay. Effective 3 Apr 92 this corps was disbanded due to insufficient number of cadets (D Cdts Adm 4833).
