 This corps was formed 1 Sep 1975 and known as Corps de Cadets Optimiste de Bedford. It was sponsored by the Club Optimiste Bedford & Region and affiliated with 4e Bataillon Royal 22e Régiment. Effective 1 May 1976 change of affiliation to 2 Field RCA (M). The corps disbanded 12 Dec 1982.
