 Waterloo County Regional Cadet Corps was formed 1 Nov 1973 and sponosred by the Waterloo County Board of Education. It was affiliated by 1st Battalion Royal Canadian Regiment. In 1975 change of affiliation to Highland Fusiliers of Canada (no documentation).
