This Corps was formed 1 Dec 72 and known as Corps de Cadets de La Patrie. It was affiliated with Les Fusiliers de Sherbrooke. It was sponsored by La Commission Scolaire Regionale de l'Estrie. Effective change of sponsor 29 Jan 76 to Comite de Coordination des Loisirs de la Patrie (CCLLP). Sponsorship of the Corps changed on 7 May 1998 to Comité Civil du Corps de Cadets 2907.
