 This Corps was formed Nov 70 under the sponsorship of the Royal Canadian Legion, of Richmond. The Corps affiliated with Les Fusiliers de Sherbrooke. The Corps was designated as 2874 Le Corps de Cadets de Richmond. Effective 22 Oct 81 change of affiliation to 714 Escadron des Communications, Sherbrooke.
