 This Corps was formed Oct 68 under the sponsorship of The citizens Association of St Basile le Grand. The Corps was designated as 2831 St Basile le Grand Cadet Corps. Affiliation was assumed by 2nd Field Regiment. Change of sponsor to Club Optimiste St Basile le Grand (see letter 1300-5-2821 dated 30 Nov 79). Effective 18 Aug 81 change of affiliation to 51 Service Battaion, St Hubert.

Effecitve 19 Jan. 2000, Sponsor changed to read Association des Parents des Cadets du Corps #2831 de Basile-Le-Grand Inc.

D Cdts msg 130 101020Z May 01cauthorizes the fusing of Cadet Corps 2003 and 2831 eff. 01 May 2001. RCACC 2003 is disbanded eff. 01 May 2001.
