History -   

 Unit was formed in 1967 under the sponsorship of the Chetwynd Parks & Recreation Association and became known as No 2807 Chetwynd Army Cadet Corps. Affiliated with the Loyal Edmonton Regiment (3 PPCLI). In 1970 the corps was placed on probation (6 months) for low cadet attendance and lack of sufficient adult assistance. Probation extended to 1 Jun 1971. The corps was disbanded 1 Jun 1972.
