 Formed 20 September 1966 and affiliated to 1st Battalion, The North Saskatchewan Regiment. The Corps was disbanded in September of 1970.

 On 1 October 1992, the Corps was re activated and affiliated to "B" Company, The North Saskatchewan Regiment. The Corps is sponsored by the Hudson Bay Economic Development Corporation. The Corps was disbanded on This corps was originally formed as 2805 Cumberland (Legion) Cadet Corps on 30 Sep 1966 and was disbanded 1 Sept 1970. 
Eff 1 Oct 92 (D Cdts Adm 5567) formation of 2805 Cumberland House Army Cadet Corps was authorized. It is affiliated with the North Saskatchewan Regt B Coy and sponsored by Cumberland House Development Corp. Support Base is CFB Moose Jaw.
