 This Corps was formed in March 1966 under the sponsorship of the Church Lads Brigade of Upper Island Cove and was designated as Church Lads Brigade Cadet Corps. The Corps became affiliated with the Royal Newfoundland Regiment.

Eff 27 Jan 95 (D Cdts Adm 0045) Designation changed to Upper Island Cove Army Cadet Corps. Sponsor changed to Branch 22, Royal Cdn Legion, Upper Island Cove. Affiliation changed to 36 Svc Bn.
