History -
This corps was formed 1 Jan 1964 under the sponsorship of the Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 71. The unit was designated as No 2756 Windermere District Legion Cadet Corps and became affiliated with 8th Field Engineer Regiment. In 1967 their affiliation was changed to 17 Field Squadron. The corps disbanded 31 Dec 1970.
