History -   

 Formed effective 20 November 1962 (CAO Supp 739/63) and affiliated with 2nd Battalion, The North Saskatchewan Regiment (SLI). Affiliation was changed to The North Saskatchewan Regiment in December of 1970 on the reduction of the Regiment to one Battalion. The Corps was disbanded effective 1 January 1986. This unit was formed 20 Nov 1962 designated 2717 Kindersley Legion Cadet Corps. affil.: 2nd Bn North Sask Regt (Sask Light Inf.) Nov 20, 1962. It was sponsored by 'Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 57 Kindersley; and was affilaited with 2 North Saskatchewan Regiment CA (M).
