This Corps was formed 15 Mar 61 as Corps de Cadets Regiment des Trois-Rivieres and sponsored by Le Regiment de Trois-Rivieres and affiliated with them also. affil.: Regt de Trois Rivieres, Mar 15, 1961. Effective 15 Jan 73 the Corps redesignated as Corps de Cadets 12e Regiment Blinde du Canada (Milice) and also became sponsored and affiliated with them. Effective 25 Apr 75 there was a change of sponsor to Club Kiwanis de Trois-Rivieres. In 1977 CC 864 Ecole St Philippe of Trois-Rivieres amalgamated with CC 2671 under the sponsorship of Club Kiwanis de Trois-Rivieres and affiliation remained with 12e Regiment du Canada (Milice).
