 This Corps was formed 1 Jan 1958, sponsored by 'Pain Court Continuation School Board, and affiliated with 'Essex & Kent Scottish'. Eff 7 Nov 1962 it became affiliated with '2nd Battalion Essex & Kent Scottish' and eff 1 Apr 1965 it re-affiliated with Essex & Kent Scottish. In a message, Cdts 287 of May 1971, Corps was re-designated 'PainCourt Secondary School Cadet Corps'.
