Unit was formed 1 Jan 58. It was sponsored by and affiliated with 61st LAA Regt CA (M). Effective 1 Jun 59 the Corps redesignated as 2614 27th Fd Regt RCA, Cc. (Affiliation with same). Reason was disbandment of 61st LAA Regt. Effective 1 Jun 62 the Corps was disbanded. 

Eff 1 Oct 66 the Corps was reformed. It was sponsored by Branch 99, Royal Canadian Legion and affiliated with 2nd Fd Regt (RCA). D Cdts 288 message dated 2 Apr 81 changed sponsor to Club Optimiste de Cowansville. D Cdts 494 dated 24 Jun 82 changed sponsor to Le Club Optimiste de Farnham. D Cdts 37 message dated 13 Jan 83 changed affiliation to 6e Bataillon du Royal 22e Regiment. Affiliation changed from 6 R22ER St Hyacinthe (UIC 5102) to 3 R22ER Farnham (UIC 1853).
