This corps formed originally as 25 Montreal High School Cadet Corps, 2 Aug 1889. In the 1913 General Orders however, it is listed as No 26 Montreal High School Cadet Corps with the same formation date. This error was carried through to the disbandment date of the corps 29 Oct 1917. See #25 for more information
