This Corps was formed 7 Sep 52, originally named Mattawa High School Cadet Corps and sponsored by the School. affil.: Algonquin Regt, Sept 7, 1952. Effective 23 Jan 73 the Corps redesignated Mattawa Legion Cadet Corps. The sponsor changed to Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 254. Eff 17 Jan 96 corps was disbanded.
