2414 Sir Adam Beck Collegiate Institute Cadet Corps was originally formed 19 July 1951. It was affiliated with the 1st Hussars on formation. On 1 May 1960, it amalgamated with #2601 to become part of #9 Cadet Corps.

History -
2414 Sir Adam Beck Collegiate Institute Cadet Corps was originally formed 19 July 1951. It was affiliated with the 1st Hussars on formation. On 1 May 1960, it amalgamated with #2601 to become part of #9 Cadet Corps.
The corps was reformed 1 July 1989 as Banting Secondary School Army Cadet Corps, and is affiliated with the 1st Hussars, and sponsored by the City of London Board of Education.On 01 September 2010, 2414 Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps amalgamated into No 9 Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps, and therefore 2414 was shut down as a Cadet Corps. All staff and cadets transferred over to No 9
