History -   

 Drummondville High School Cadet Corps. This Corps formed 31 Oct 50 and was sponsored and designated as Drummondville High School Cadet Corps. affil.: 140th Anti-Tank Bty RCA. It became affiliated with 46th Anti/Tank Regt RCA - 140th Anti/Tank Battery (RCA). affil.: 46th Field Regt RCA, Sept 1, 1954, redisg: 46 Fd Regt RCA Cadet Corps. In Apr 60 the Corps changed affiliation to 46th Fd Armty Regt. On 15 Oct 62 the Corps became known as 46th Field Artillery Regiment Cadet Corps. 15 Oct 63 the sponsorship was assumed by 46th Field Artillery Regiment and was redesignated accordingly. In Apr 68 sponsorship changed to 6e Bataillon Royal 22e Regiment, B Coy, Drummondville and affiliation also. It was also redesignated as Corps de Cadets de Drummondville. 9 Feb 79 a request was made to change sponsor to Club Optimiste Drummondville Incorpore.
