Corps was formed 8 Aug 1950 under the sponsorship of the Hanover District High School, affiliation was with 21st Anti-Tank Regiment RCA. affil.: 21st Anti-Tank Regt RCA. affil.: 21st Field Regt RCA, Jan 1, 1955. In Nov 1968 the Corps was redesignated as 2391 John Diefenbaker Secondary Cadet Corps. In 1964 the affiliation was changed to 21st Field Regiment. In Oct 69 disbandment was recommended due to a lack of support from the sponsor, and it became eff Dec 1970.
