Originally formed 24 Feb 43 under the sponsorship of the Director of the Seminary and became known as C de C du Seminaire de Gaspe. On 21 Jun 1950 the Corps was disbanded. 
Reformation of the Corps took place 1 Oct 59 under same designation. affil.: 82nd (Gaspe) Field Battery, Oct 1, 1959 In Dec 68 authority was granted for the corps to be designated as 1933 C de C de Gaspe under the sponsorship of the Chevaliers de Colomb.
