History  

Moose Jaw Schools Cadet Corps was formed 9 Jan 42. 6 coys, affil.: 2nd (R) Bn King's Own Rifles of Canada Feb 22, 1943. In 1943, the corps was affiliated with the Kings Own Rifles of Canada, 2 Battalion. affil.: 20th Saskatchewan Armoured Regt, Jan 1, 1955. In 1955, corps became affiliated with the Saskatchewan Dragoons. It is under the sponsorship of Moose Jaw Public Board of Education. Change of sponsor 94/95 to RC Legion without authorization.
