History -   

Corps was formed in Oct 1940 under the sponsorship of the Milverton District High school Board. affil.: 2nd (R) Bn the Perth Regt (M) Nov 23, 1942. affil.: Perth and Waterloo Regt Jan 1, 1955. In Mar 1957 the affiliation was assumed by the Perth and Waterloo Regiment. No records available to show the date that the 3rd Battalion, The Royal Canadian Regiment (London & Oxford Fusilliers) took over the affiliation. In 1969 disbandment was recommended due to the fact that the new Stratford School Board refused to continue to sponsor this corps. Disbandment effective 30 Jun 1970.
