1573 St Michaels School Cadet Corps was formed originally 13 Apr 1937. In 1944, it was redesignated 1573 Corps de Cadets Ecole Superieure St. Michel. redisig: Corps de Cadets Ecole Superieure St.Michel, Jan 12, 1944. affil.: 21st Armoured Regt (Regt de Hull), Dec 4, 1947. It was sponsored by the principal of the School, and affiliated with the Regiment de Hull from 1948. It was redesignated C de C Ecole Secondaire St. Michel 1 Jan 65. It disbanded 28 Jan 69.

History -   

1573 Corps de Cadets de Buckingham was reformed 15 Aug 91. It is sponsored by the Legion Royale Canadienne 54, affiliated with the Regiment de Hull, and supported by CFB Ottawa. A change of designation from Corps de Cadets Buckingham to Corps de Cadets Bassin de la Lievre was authorized 30 Jun 93 (D Cdts Adm 682). H.Q. 12-S-324
