History - This Corps was originally formed as the #107 Prince of Wales College Cadet Corps, Charlottetown on 2 May 1904. It was affiliated with the 204th Field Battery RCA in 1942, and disbanded 15 Jan 1944. A new corps, 1933 Charlottetown Army Cadet Corps was formed eff 28 Nov 1943, possibly an amalgamation of #20, #107, and #148 which were all disbanded in 1944 (Minutes of PEI Strathcona Trust Fund for 1943,1944). This corps was disbanded 30 June 1947. A new corps, 2320 Prince of Wales Cadet Corps was formed in Charlottetown 26 Oct 1948, and disbanded 31 Dec 1959.
107 Cornwall-New Haven Army Cadet Corps was formed effective 1 Oct 1980. It was sponsored by Branch 30, Royal Canadian Legion New Haven and affiliated with the Prince Edward Island Regiment, in Charlottetown. H.Q. 12-11-1
