Corps No. 4 was St Ann's College, which had been formed in 1879, and disbanded 18 May 1908. However there was a corps number conflict with corps below.

History - 

Formed as a drill Company in 1886. On 20 Dec 1899 The Highland Cadet Battalion was formed. It appears in the 1904 Militia lists without a number. On 19 Dec 1908 the Highland Cadet Battalion was given the No 4. It was affiliated with 34th (R) Field Regt RCA, Dec 4, 1944, and briefly in 1946 with the Black Watch (Royal Highland Regt) of Canada, Dec 21, 1946. It was sponsored and affiliated with 37th Fd Arty Regt in Mar 23, 1947. D Company was formed 14 Oct 1950
