318 CADET CORPS ANNUAL INSPECTION 

Trophies and awards were the order of the night at ceremonies last week at an inspection of the local cadet corps at the Woodstock Armoury.  Richard Seeley drum Sergeant Major of the Woodstock High School Band received from Bandmaster Gerald Sproul the trophy for the best bandsman; Dan Campbell received from Woodstock Legion President Doug Loukes a trophy for being the best shot in the corps and from Warrant Officer Travis Fletcher the award for best senior cadet; Richard McHattan was awarded the trophy for the best first year cadet by Lieutenant Robert Greer officer commanding the 89^th Battery.
