#318 Cadet Corps

1946

CADET INSPECTION FRIDAY

Friday afternoon, may 3, the Woodstock High School Cadets will be inspected by Major Oliver, Chief of Cadet Training.  The inspection will take place on the Fisher School grounds, weather permitting.  If the weather is not suitable, it will be held in the Armoury.

The W.H.S. Cadets have been trained by W.S. Browrigg and are under the command of Major Allen Donaldson.  Captain Donald Phillips is second in command.  The cadets, numbering around 75, are formed into two platoons under the leadership of Lieut. Calkin and Lieut. Gibson.

It is hoped that a good turnout will be witness to the fact that interest is taken in training.
